Terms of Sale

Your purchase of any products or related support services from OasisPC LLC through our website (oasispc.gg) is governed by the following terms and conditions (“Agreement”). By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree that this Agreement forms a binding contract between you (“you” or “Customer”) and OasisPC LLC, a Hawaii-based limited liability company doing business as OasisPC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By proceeding with your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined below.

Refund and Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase—but if something’s not right, we’ve got you covered.

You may return most products purchased from OasisPC for any reason (or no reason) within 30 business days from your date of purchase. Just make sure it’s postmarked and on its way to us within that window.

To qualify for a refund:

  • Products must be unopened, in new condition, and include all accessories, manuals, and packaging.

  • Items must be shipped with tracking, in original packaging, and properly protected to avoid damage.

  • We don’t accept returns for damaged, used, or incomplete items.

  • If an item is returned in unacceptable condition, we reserve the right to deny the refund.

We’ll issue a refund for the product’s purchase price, not including shipping or handling fees, which are non-refundable unless we specifically offered free shipping for that item.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs. If we provide a prepaid return label, we will deduct that shipping cost from your refund total.

Regarding Restocking:

If your item was part of a discounted bundle or received a promotional deal, the refund will reflect the adjusted product price minus any promotional value lost due to the return. (This replaces a restocking fee and keeps us aligned with Hawaii’s consumer laws.)

Financed Purchases

If your order was financed through a third-party service (like Klarna, PayPal, etc.) and you cancel or return your product, you will be responsible for any non-refundable financing fees charged to OasisPC at the time of sale. These fees will be deducted from your refund.

What Happens After We Receive Your Return

Once your return arrives:

  • We’ll inspect it for condition and completeness.

  • You’ll get an email from us confirming the return and letting you know whether it was approved or declined.

If approved, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
