Terms of Sale

Your purchase of any products or related support services from OasisPC LLC through our website (oasispc.gg) is governed by the following terms and conditions (“Agreement”). By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree that this Agreement forms a binding contract between you (“you” or “Customer”) and OasisPC LLC, a Hawaii-based limited liability company doing business as OasisPC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By proceeding with your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined below.

  • When you complete your purchase and provide your payment information, whether it's a credit card, debit card, PayPal, Stripe, or bank account, you’re giving us the go-ahead to charge you for your order. This includes the product price listed on our site at checkout, along with any applicable taxes, shipping, or other fees. By confirming your order, you’re also confirming that we can process the full payment right away using the details you’ve provided. Mahalo for trusting us with your business!

  • We do our best to keep all prices and product info accurate, but hey, we're human, and sometimes typos or errors sneak through. If we catch a mistake in pricing or product details, we reserve the right to cancel the order and make things right. Same goes if there’s an error during checkout, your card won’t be charged if we catch the mistake first. All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD), and unless we say otherwise, shipping and handling costs aren’t included. You agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout, including any extra charges for shipping or taxes. If we accidentally list a price too low, and it's actually correct at a higher amount, we’ll email you to let you know and cancel the order (no surprises). But if the real price is lower than what you were shown? We'll happily charge you less and still get your order out. We appreciate your understanding, Mahalo for shopping with us!

  • We’re stoked to offer financing through trusted third-party providers to help make your purchase more manageable. If you choose to go this route, just know that all financing terms and conditions are set by those providers, not us, and you’ll be agreeing directly with them. Any personal or payment info you provide goes straight to the financing company.

    Because these are outside partners, we can’t be held responsible for anything that happens with your financing, good or bad. We don’t set their rates, their promos, or their fine print. So make sure to check their terms before signing up.

    If you decide to cancel your order or request a refund on a financed purchase, please note: any fees charged to us by the financing company will be deducted from your refund. Those fees are locked in once your order is processed.

  • We do our best to keep everything in stock, but availability can change, especially with high-demand items. Products may be updated, changed, or even discontinued without notice (which might affect items saved in your cart or wishlist).

    We also reserve the right, at any time and without notice, to:

    • Limit how many of a product are available for purchase

    • Cancel or block orders from certain users

    • Refuse sales to anyone at our discretion

    • Limit the number of orders tied to the same account, credit card, or shipping/billing address

    If something you ordered goes out of stock, we’ll place it on backorder and send you an email with an estimated arrival date. You can choose to hang tight and wait, or just reply to that email and cancel the order, we’ll take care of it.

  • We do our best to keep our website up to date and accurate, from product photos to specs to pricing. That said, we’re a small team, and sometimes things slip through, like outdated details, color differences due to screen settings, or an item being shown as in stock when it's not.

    Because of that, we can’t guarantee that everything you see on the site is 100% accurate or complete. Product colors, shapes, sizes, prices, and availability might not always reflect the exact item perfectly.

    We reserve the right to update product info, fix mistakes, and make changes as needed, without having to send out a heads-up first.

  • Once we hand off your order to the shipping carrier, it’s officially on its way, and ownership (along with any risk of loss or damage during transit) passes to you at that point.

    We take care in packing everything up, but after it leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the carrier. If something goes wrong in transit, we’ll do our best to help you out, but responsibility lies with the shipping provider from the moment it leaves our shop.

  • When you shop with us, you’ll need to create an account. It helps us keep track of your orders, protection plans, and lets you manage your Oasis PC experience with ease.

    By signing up, you’re letting us know that the info you provide is accurate and up to date. If anything changes, like your email, address, or name, please update your account so we can stay in sync. If we find that the info isn’t correct or complete, we may need to suspend or close your account without notice.

    You’ll set up a username and password when registering. It’s your responsibility to keep that info private and secure, we can’t be held liable for any unauthorized use or funny business that happens if someone else gets access to your login.

    Just a heads-up: if we get a login with your info, we’ll assume it’s you unless you’ve told us otherwise.

  • Shipping, handling, and any required taxes (like sales or value-added tax) will be added to your total at checkout, unless we specifically say otherwise.

    Any shipping times listed on our site are just estimates. We do our best to get your order out quickly, but delivery times can vary depending on the carrier and location. (Business days mean Monday through Friday, not including holidays.) Sometimes things ship out faster than expected, always a bonus!

    After you place your order, you’ll get an initial confirmation email. Just so you know: this first email doesn’t mean your order has been accepted or shipped, it just confirms that the order was placed in our system.

    Once your order is processed and ready to head out, we’ll send you another email with shipping details and tracking info.

  • Unless we say otherwise, you’re responsible for any taxes tied to your purchase, like sales tax, use tax, VAT, or customs duties, based on where you live or where your order is being shipped.

    If we’re required to collect taxes at checkout (like in certain states or locations), they’ll be added to your total automatically. By completing your purchase, you agree to pay any of those required taxes unless you’ve given us a valid and current tax exemption certificate that applies to your order.

    We’re always happy to work with you if you qualify for an exemption, just reach out before placing your order!

Refund and Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase—but if something’s not right, we’ve got you covered.

You may return most products purchased from OasisPC for any reason (or no reason) within 30 business days from your date of purchase. Just make sure it’s postmarked and on its way to us within that window.

To qualify for a refund:

  • Products must be unopened, in new condition, and include all accessories, manuals, and packaging.

  • Items must be shipped with tracking, in original packaging, and properly protected to avoid damage.

  • We don’t accept returns for damaged, used, or incomplete items.

  • If an item is returned in unacceptable condition, we reserve the right to deny the refund.

We’ll issue a refund for the product’s purchase price, not including shipping or handling fees, which are non-refundable unless we specifically offered free shipping for that item.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs. If we provide a prepaid return label, we will deduct that shipping cost from your refund total.

Regarding Restocking:

If your item was part of a discounted bundle or received a promotional deal, the refund will reflect the adjusted product price minus any promotional value lost due to the return. (This replaces a restocking fee and keeps us aligned with Hawaii’s consumer laws.)

Financed Purchases

If your order was financed through a third-party service (like Klarna, PayPal, etc.) and you cancel or return your product, you will be responsible for any non-refundable financing fees charged to OasisPC at the time of sale. These fees will be deducted from your refund.

What Happens After We Receive Your Return

Once your return arrives:

  • We’ll inspect it for condition and completeness.

  • You’ll get an email from us confirming the return and letting you know whether it was approved or declined.

If approved, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Still waiting? First, check with your bank or credit card provider. If it’s still not resolved, reach out to us at support@oasispc.gg .

  • We get it, sometimes plans change. You may cancel your order by sending us an email within three (3) business days from the date of your purchase. After that, your order will be considered final and cannot be canceled.

    To cancel, just email support@oasispc.gg with your cancellation request. Please include your order number or purchase date to help us process it quickly.

    If You Used Financing

    If your order was placed using a third-party financing provider, any non-refundable financing fees charged to OasisPC at the time of sale will be deducted from your refund if your cancellation is approved.

  • Need to make a change to your order? No problem, as long as your item hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help.

    You can request a modification to your existing purchase any time before it ships. Just send us an email at support@oasispc.gg with your request and include your order number or details.

    Please note:

    • Any additions to your order are subject to product availability

    • In some cases, added items may ship separately or on a different timeline than your original order

  • Need to make changes to your order? We’re happy to help, just make sure to reach out before your item ships. You can modify your existing order by emailing us at support@oasispc.gg. Be sure to include your order number or purchase details so we can find your order quickly.

    • Add-ons or changes are subject to availability

    • Some additions may ship separately or take longer than your original order

    Personal Use Only
    All products you buy from OasisPC are for your own personal use only. That means no reselling, sub-licensing, or redistributing any items you purchase from us.

    You’re responsible for making sure your use of our products follows all applicable local, state, and federal laws. We don’t make any guarantees that our products are legal in your area, it’s up to you to know your local rules.

    Accessing or using our site from a place where our products are not legal is not allowed, and we cannot be held responsible if you choose to do so.

    Important Safety Reminder
    For your safety: never charge your laptop or PC on fabric surfaces like beds, couches, or chairs. Doing so can cause your battery to overheat, creating a serious fire risk.

    Always charge your device on a hard, flat surface with plenty of airflow.

  • All logos, product names, trademarks, service marks, and branding shown on this website, whether marked or not, are the property of OasisPC LLC, one of our affiliates, or a third party.

    This includes:

    • Product names

    • Graphics or icons

    • Logos or taglines

    • Any custom branding shown across our site

    These may not be used, copied, or distributed in any way without prior written permission from the rightful owner.

    OasisPC retains full rights, ownership, and interest in all marks we own, whether or not they’re officially registered under state or federal trademark laws.

  • Any software included with your OasisPC system is subject to the license agreement provided by the software maker. By opening the packaging or breaking the seal, you agree to those terms.

    The software itself remains the property of the original creator or licensor, we’re just including it as part of your hardware setup.

    Please note:

    • We don’t provide warranties for any third-party software that comes preinstalled

    • Any warranties or support come directly from the software provider, as outlined in their terms

    • We’re not liable for any issues that come up from your use of third-party software included with your system
